Mosaic Vermont is seeking a Housing Advocate to join our team. You’ll walk alongside survivors of sexual harm and intimate partner violence as they navigate challenges and move toward greater safety and stability. The work includes crisis intervention and safety planning, connecting people to the resources they need to keep moving forward, helping people access safe and stable housing, and offering support for healing.

What you bring

● Experience in housing and/or direct service
●  Ability to stay grounded and empathetic when things get intense
● Ability to share after-hours on-call responsibilities
